This is the correct order form to use if you have children, and you are in 100% agreement. This form is most commonly used for covenant marriage divorce forms.
If you do not have a covenant marriage, then you should probably be using the Summary Consent Divorce- which has cheaper fees. But if you have a covenant marriage, you have no choice but to pay the higher fees on this page.
Maricopa County requires both parties to pay a fee:
- The Petitioner pays the court a fee of $376.
- The Respondent pays the court a fee of $287.
These COURT FEES total $663.
In addition to these fees, the State of Arizona requires each parent to take an online parenting course and that costs $50 per person.
Neither party will be required to attend any hearings or see a judge.
