With a legal separation, Maricopa County requires each party to pay a fee. These fees are in addition to our fee to prepare and file the documents– and make all necessary trips to court for you:
– The Petitioner pays the court a fee of $376.
– The Respondent pays the court a fee of $287.
Neither party will be required to attend any hearings or see a judge!
