This is the correct order form to use if you have children, and you are in 100% agreement. And you DO NOT have a covenant marriage.
Maricopa County requires both parties to pay a fee and together the discounted fees total $331.50, as long as you pay our fee in full ($899).
⚠️ If we have to deliver the papers to the court in parts (because you are not in total agreement), the court raises the fees to $663 and you should be using the Petition Only Intake. ⚠️
In addition to these fees, the State of Arizona requires each parent to take an online parenting course and that costs $50 per person.
Neither party will be required to attend any hearings or see a judge.
