A stipulation to establish means that both you and the other parent agree on everything! You will not need to attend mediation or go to court, as long as both parents agree 100% on everything!
Do you need your documents mailed? (Documents can be mailed to be signed virtually at an additional cost)

No one will need documents mailed, we will come in and sign the documents.
One of us needs the documents to be mailed, and one of us will come in and sign the documents. I understand that Affordable Family Law does not offer refunds on mailing fees. ($15)
Both of us will need our documents mailed to us, neither of us will come into the office to sign the documents. I understand that Affordable Family Law does not offer refunds on mailing fees. ($30)
If you are unable to come into the office to sign paperwork, you will need the documents mailed to you.
If your spouse is unwilling to sign the divorce papers, please only select for you to have the documents mailed, your spouse will be served with the paperwork for a different price.
The only time that both people will be mailed documents is if both parties agree 100% on everything. If you and the other party are not in 100% agreement on every detail of custody and parenting time, please select a different option for the question above.
